What does my does my dream mean?

so i had a dream last night about my ex but we have been broken up like2-3 months now. and i had dream we where at this weird place someone was singing and he got a piece of paper and i had a pencil and he took my hand and wrote crush an i said oh you have a crush on someone who? and he put the letter S and i said oh Stacy?a girl i knew back in middle school does even go to school with us anymore he said ever since something he's been following me i said who and then he stood up and so did i and he said i like you i like i like you ! and i said i like you to and he said i love you1 and i screamed i love you to and then it changed (he has done drugs for awhile now) and he looked like a crack head that had done drugs for years and he said but i need help i need help i said ill help you ill help you and we hugged and that was the end . please help me thank you:)
