HELP! "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" Captains log?

Hi for a project I had to create a captains log for the poem "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" and was wondering if someone could help me out by giving me some pointers or even starting a bit for me, it had to be 30 different entries each with-- date, weather, seas, and notes PLEASE HELP
