What does a scared guy reflect?

So there is this guy who was a player and flirted wid many girls...he has gone out wid many girls..and all those girls were like players too...buh now he says he likes a girl...who is not really a player....and like talking to a girl is a peice of cake for him...buh talking to this girl really freaks him out...and even if he does talk to her...over the internet ...he freaks out if she dsnt reply.....or if he says something stupid or rude...he feels bad.....and he told one of his friends that he is not going to ask her out...becuse he does not want to hurt her as he does not trust himself much or something like dat.....so does this guy being scared and not being able to talk wid this girl...show dat he has true feelings for her? and he kinda likes her for about an year now!
