How to kill marley and moe? In borderlands.?

I cant kill the 2 large skags marley and moe for one of the missions. I shoot and shoot and nothing. I have tried every type of weapon and grenade and nothing. Does anyone know how to kill them? And I am level 15 if that makes any difference.
