My son is about to turn one and a nutritionist just informed me that its time to take my son off of formula and get him to drink cow's milk instead. I'm okay with that, but my son still wakes up at night for milk. He normally wants it at 1a.m. and then again at 5 a.m. I solved that issue before by having bottles in his room already so all he'd have to do was roll over and grab them when he needed them. Now that I'm about to put him onto more table foods, how do I solve the dilemma of him wanting bottles in the middle of the night?
