Was i close to astral projecting or was it a dream?

i have had this experience before and it felt like i was sinking into my bed. this is astro projecting and you need to be careful. if you do end up coming out of your own body you need to make sure you return back to it. some times you can be stopped. this is not something you should be playing with at all.
