Underage dui in california...PLEASE HELP!!!!!?

last night my friend and i went to a party, i had been drinkin and my friend had 1 beer so she drove home.. she ended up gettin pulled over for flashing the lights wen putting on a turn signal. so she gets a dui, and the officer asked my age and my name. he didnt give me any kind of paper, he didnt check my id, and he didnt even look at my cars registration. so i have no idea what to think right now should i be worried about anything?
