Should i move to be with him?

me and my boyfriend got together in 2008 and fell in love immediately....he lives in london and im up north so its quite a distance after a couple of months i fell pregnant and in the meantime he quit his job and moved up north to be with us but due to no work he ended up moving back down to his hometown whilst im stuck up here raising our now 18month old baby boy....hes begged me to give it a go down his end but i know it wouldnt work...due to his job he works nights and even when i go down to visit i never see him as he works nights hes asleep during the day so me and our son only see him for a hour if that while he gets ready to go back to work again and im stuck in a place i dont know still not getting a break or getting to see him...now hes been given the oppurtunity to move in with his uncle in brighton and wants me and our son to move with him...i have my family and friends up here if i ever need help or a night to myself and fear if i move down to brighton with him i will get depressed....our little boy can be a nightmare at times its not easy doing it alone and sometimes when things get on top of me i take it out on my boyfriend saying how he should be here to help out more...i understand he needs to work but sometimes his work seems to take more priority over us being together as a family....if i move down and dont like it at least i can say i tried but at the same time i dont want to confuse my son by moving him about all the time...i love my bf very much and want us to make it work any advice please? and thanks in advance
