I dont mean to be nosey, but i need to help my friend!?

My friend, we'll call her Meghan, i met this year. She i believe is one of the kindest people in the world i never have and i swear never will meet a person like her again. She is in a grade above me, we met when we played on the same soccer team togather. to shorten things up i have adhd and have never been good at keeping friends or making them for that matter but Meghen has always been there when its obvious she could be hanging out with the all the populars- but she isnt like that. Anyway, although Meghan maintains honor roll in honors cles she sells drugs and has skiped cles. SHe is such a great kid and i have no idea why she would do this and then one day she told me her dad was "sick" of course i didnt ask her how or what the cause was cause that would be REALLY none of my buissness but i know for a fact he was mentally sick. Then one day she told me she didnt live a very good childhood- not to mention she has pretty much been on her own since she turned 11. She doesnt talk much about her mom but i wonder- what could be her issue. Do you think she was abused in some way?
