Effects of global warming?

I work at the University of Kansas at a research center that deals a lot with global warming (Center for Remote Sensing of Ice Sheets, CReSIS for short). We work with the scientists in determining the effects of climate change, specifically by studying the melting of glaciers and ice sheets. I can provide you with a powerpoint presentation that we often use to describe a lot of the science of global warming. Another good resource is the doentary "An Inconvenient Truth".
